this is my last post for this semester!!! I'm feeling awesome because i am going to finish this first semester very soon by doing the finals. i do really hope that i will do my best in the finals and get a good pointer.
first of all, i want to reflect on the so called "pbl", problem based learning. as it is a group work which have to do collectively....i guess that i myself had failed to give full co-operation to my team members. at first i thought that pbl is a small job which can be done very easily...but at last.. it turn up doing misserable in the court room.
this is my first experience as a law student, being a lawyer to my client and being the judge. both of them give me a good experiences where from there i can know how to bring the case to the court and on how to argue our points, till the point on how to give the judgement.
being as a lawyer i guess i had done my job better than anything else. i do really proud of myself because i had become a lawyer and will be the future lawyer...if i am still interested... i hope so.
being a one day lawyer in the appeal court make me feel in the cloud nine. it was a good court room where we, the appellant had bring out our points on the ground that is needed. me and my co-council had delivered our arguments in a way that should be. the same also goes to the respondents site. at last it is the time to give the judgement. we, lawyers from the appellant side was waiting for the judgement and hoping that the judge will give the judgement in favour to us. we was even waiting with all the thoughts running here and there.. whether we can win this case or not, what will happen if we failed and all sorts of things. finally, the judge had given judgement in favour to my client. huh.. we was very happy and thankful to hear about it. from there i had a feel on how a real lawyers feel when they win any cases.
furthermore, being a judge doesn't meant that one have not to prepare the cases very well. this really suits to me where i only rely to the bundles of authorities that given by both appellant and the respondent. being a judge in other hand is really a hard job. this is because we cannot simply give the judgements. as a judge, i think i did not perform well in it, both for asking the question and delivering the judgement. but at last, i manage to give the judgement even though it is really a hard work to do.
from this pbl, i had learned that one should always be prepared in any thing that we are doing no matter it is a small or a big matter. in future, i do hope that i will not make the same mistakes again and will correct myself in it. as experiences is the good teacher in our life, i also do believe that every person will become perfect if they had done or at least make mistakes. from here it shows that the person had tried their best in perfoming well in their work. i also notice that one should always give full commitment in doing things, which really lacking in me right now.
in next semester i hope that i will become somebody who will be more daring in doing things and will build up my confidence in performing my pbl. thats all for now and i would like to thank all my friends and the lecturers for guiding me all this while and hope that i will pay that by perfoming well in my law subject...
thank you everybody!!!.....

IMPROVEMENT...
Hi everyone..... As this is my third entry, i would like to talk something about myself. I know who am i, what i like to do, what i do not know and all sort of things about myself. I can even try to correct myself in any way that should be and still working on it. As i am a slow learner, i felt the difficulty to catch up exactly what the lecteres are teaching all about; certain topic i do really understand. But it seems that i should improved myself by concentrating in studies rather than doing anything which is really not important. I also like to day dream about my life, future caring more in other person. One bad habit that i have is that i always be thinking what people will think about me if i had done anything no matter it is a good thing or else. I always will put my leg in other shoes and also concern about others without failure.
One more about improvement that i want to do is by giving full commitment in doing our pbl. I believe that all the members should cooperate themselves to make it successful. I also do hope that i and my friends would perform well in our works and finish it as soon as possible so that we could concentrate in our final exams. As the pbl carries 30% of the marks, we should not take it for granted. I hope i should and can learn from the mistake that i have done so far in doing assignments and presentation and would do better in future....

LIFE IS A CHALLENGE - meet it
Oh GOD i am under desperate now.. why should this happen to me? How am i going to manage my life here with all this problems? I always wonder why GOD has planned like this in my life even though i know that he is the doer and enjoy er.
This is the question that arose in my mind when i check my jpa status and i found out that my application was failed. I was disappointed because i was waiting for that opportunity since a long time ago. Besides that, my PTPTN also got some problem that i have to settle so that i can do application in the third group. I was imagining what shall i do with that money while waiting for the result but at last all my dreams had vanished as i notice that my application was failed. I do hope that when i appeal back i will get the scholarships.
Back to the reflection topic, i would like to share about the Pesta Konvo that recently held in UKM. I enjoy watching the opening ceremony very much because there was a lot of fireworks, performances by the 'PALAPIS', cultural dance, motor racing and many other things. I did not buy anythings because i do not have time and shortage of money. The best part is that when i and my friends go to the ghost house by paying RM 4. As we went into the ghost house we could not stop laughing because it not scary at all but we still enjoy the environment over there.
The second part of reflection is about the exams. I felt that the STPM is much more easier than law exam in this faculty. This is because when in STPM i could understand and know what i am studying. But things turn upside down when i am studying the law. Even though i read the cases for many times, i tent to forget after a short time. Same goes to some of my friends from other courses, saying that they cannot remember every thing that they studies. I think this problem occur because when i was studying in STPM the teachers said that your one leg is already in the university and it is your result that will confirm you in the university. My teacher also tells that once you are in the university, the life is very memorable and i can enjoy myself. But i see that it does not happen in my life over here. I have to face the opposite situation where i have to double up my effort to study and there is no time to play fool.
So to overcame this problem, the only way that i have is to surrender everything to god so that he will take care over his child. I also always do prayer so that he will help and guide me in passing trough this challenging life.

new air, new life
hello everybody.... as this is my first entry i would like to share about the experience since i am in UKM. I was placed in IBU ZAIN INTERNATIONAL STUDENT HOUSE (IZISH). I am very proud to be here as this is the most famous and have a very good facilities. Apart from that my room mate is my schoolmate. Can anyone imagine how lucky i am because i got a friend whom i know? In my college there are many activities that had been conducted such as family day, cultural day, sports day and many other activities.
Trough out staying here for a month even though i had to go home because of chicken pox, i felt that this is my second house and i feel comfortable staying here. Talking about two weeks mc and going back home, actually i really miss my friends, lectures, and the classes. In the house i was wondering what my lectures was teaching and the classes that i had missed. After coming back here i felt that i am still the junior and do not know and understand what the lectures are teaching all about. in this case my friends is helping me out to understand the subject and on how to read the cases, and from where we can find the details abaut contract law.
Basically i am not good as other people are in this law faculty. This is because i am a quiet person and will not talk as good as other people are talking. In future i do hope that i will change my way of thinking and always look forward to make my life better.
As a last word i feel very lucky to be here as one family, one UKM and one Malaysia. This is i new challenge in my life and i hope that i can meet it, face it, and achieve it. I want be a good example to my siblings and make my family proud of me.
